Job Description
Project Manager is responsible for coordinating all aspects of the job including meeting labor and materials usage goals, quality control standards, safety regulations and personnel administration requirements, including erector subs.
Candidate will manage multiple projects simultaneously completing them safely, on time, within budget and according to plans and specifications. This position reports to the President of the Company.
Job Requirements
Candidate must have a strong working knowledge of steel fabrication means and methods and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Must be familiar with AISC standards; construction experience reading plans and be familiar with the building process; ability to manage multiple projects at once, professional written and verbal skills; willing and able to travel for field inspections; schedule production and delivery of materials; resolve job site problems; price and issue change order requests and negotiate change orders with General Contractors, Construction Managers or Owners; Issue close-out documents, develop and maintain client relationships as well as relationships with erector subs.
