The bottom line is personalized by you, as long as we approve it. When job seekers click on your Featured Listing banner ad they are redirected to your Job Detail page where they can get additional information about your job offer and apply for the position.

These Featured Listings are rotating listings...meaning that your ad will rotate with other Featured Listings upon each page load. Only ten of these rotating Featured Listings will be available at any time giving your ad maximum exposure and hopefully faster response time.
